Vinyl planks and tiles from Royal Floors and Karndean, including glue-down and loose lay ranges, supplied and installed across Logan and South East Queensland. See samples at our Crestmead showroom or book a free in-home measure.
Logan has a mix of older high-set timber homes, low-set brick houses and newer estates on concrete slabs. Each needs the subfloor checked before vinyl goes down.
Vinyl copes well with spills and is easy to keep clean, which suits busy family homes and rentals.
Timber subfloors are checked for level and soundness first.
Vinyl is thin, so the slab must be smooth. We check it at the measure and include any levelling in your quote.
Easy to clean between tenancies, and with loose lay a damaged plank can be replaced on its own.
Vinyl copes well with spills. Check the range's guidelines before laying it in a laundry or bathroom.
Three ranges we are often asked about. Every range has its own page with colours, sizes and warranty details.
