Our four Royal Floors commercial ranges are wool or wool-rich loop pile carpets on 3.66m rolls, rated Contract Heavy Duty, with the natural stain resistance of wool. According to their specifications they meet the requirements of NCC Spec. C1.10 for flooring in Class 2 to 9 buildings, including health and aged care, are Green Building Council compliant for VOC emission limits, are Declare Red List Free, and carry Environmental Certification Scheme (ECS) Level 4 or 4+ certification. They are made under a quality and environmental system certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Feltex Forge Ahead is a textured tufted loop pile in 100% Statron Plus® solution-dyed nylon, with a 15 year limited wear warranty.
Commercial carpet is usually glued directly to the floor (direct stick), stretched over underlay (conventionally laid), or glued to an underlay that is glued to the floor (dual bond). The right method depends on the range and how the space is used: Kingsgate Town can be installed any of these three ways, Netcorp and Kingsgate Heather are specified for direct stick, and York Street for conventional laying. We confirm the method in your quote.
